It has £5.00 off currently and the other week there was also an additional 20% off all camping gear which brought it down to £11.99. So yes, you've missed it I'm afraid.
You could try a price match with Go Outdoors. They have it for £24.99. So if they price match you will get it for £13.49.
Our local Halfords didn't have any of the kettles left (when they were reduced to £11.99) so I found a store 30 miles away with one in stock, printed off proof and bought it from Go for £10.80. They pricematched it straightaway.

Why do you need a kettle that collapses? Where do you store your brew kit in transit? Put your zipped topped placcy bag in a good solid kettle (which probably weghs less than a sillycone one), and fill it with your brew kit and save the space. Some of the modern stuff is very good and shouldn`t be knocked, and sometimes I use it myself, but sometimes you just can`t beat the the old ways. A good friend of mine who I thought was the the best all `round fisherman in the world told me when he started teaching me fishing "Tod, 95% of the tackle you see in the shop is out to catch the fisherman, let me show you what catches the fish". Bloody right he was too!

I probably didn't 'need' a kettle that collapses, but I did 'want' one, plus there are 6 of us, I'd need a large kettle to store our brew kit in for a week.
I've used a normal kettle for years, I was fed up of trying to fit an oddly shaped thing in with the rest of our kitchen stuff, the collapsible one is great
