May I suggest an Aqua2go PRO pressure sprayer (although not the cheapest), it is a shower, and tap for summer and then in the winter will clean bikes and pram wheels and dog paws, or even the kids shoes if something nasty.
also the battery pack will charge a mobile i believe and includes a torch function, the pump can be separated from the main container and used via a bucket and also powers from a 12v car adapter.
It will need some heated boiling water added to unless its 33 degrees like last Tuesday.
I've not used it camping yet but so far for the winter requirements love it.
yes i looked at these, especially the quecha one http://www.decathlon.co.uk/portable-shower-8-l-id_8333161.html, which i think i will now probably get as i went to charge the unit tonight to clean the kids paddling pool and i got sparks on the charger when it plugs into the battery unit. Upon further investigation on amazon reviews, this is not an uncommon problem :(,
im not sure how powerful the jet is on this for cleaning things likes pram wheels, but i also have www.thefowndry.com/products/aquabot-water-bottle
one of these, but have yet to test it yet, i asked the mrs to get this for my birthday, so need to wait to test it :)
other than the nomad washer which at £200 is an insane price, i think i will now stick with either a hoselock/quecha shower and hopefully the lunatec washer is as good as washing dishes and sand off the feet on the beach as the adverts say. it certainly wont run out of battery power
i WAS very happy with the gopro but now i see that its cheap and nasty tat :(, when it was working it was awesome, but it needs 200 quid thrown at it to work well and that would buy a nice new tent.....

Hoselock do a pressurised shower. You would still have to heat the water. I haven't used one but they are available on e bay.
We use this when off EHU with a pop up utility tent / duck board and affectionately call it our 'en-suite'. Boil up water then mix with cold to fill the tank and it's good enough to freshen up. We don't try and fill the full 7l just enough for a 2 minute shower. Luckily our tent has a back door so can get between the two without frightening the neighbours!
