We use a Cadac ProCook 2 if we are away aone, but we do have a full size Cadac with a paella pan which we use if we have people with us- when we usually alternate the cooking. This is backed up by a an induction hob and occasionally the microwave in the van - the hob in the van rarely gets used. Should say we only do short trips 2-5 days in the Uk. Much longer trips to France/Italy when we always cook outside.
