Me too - I am from the big bum bum community too! We found a lovely, comfortable and strong chair at a camping shop recently £29.99 each or 2 for £55. Have got padded headrests, armrests and recline for relaxing in. They look like those expensive Lafuma ones that sell for around £100 each and are made of a very lightweight aluminim and fold nice and flat for storage. Can't remember the make but we are well pleased with them. Not much help to anyone wanting to purchase one as I cannot even remember the name of the shop either but I think the shops are a well known chain. It was in a town we were visiting so not one from my locality but thought I would let you know that there are chairs out there for us well proportioned lot and you don't have to fork out an absolute fortune for them either.

Hang on poppi, shouldn't you be in hospital having your baby bits whipped out by now?

Could have sworn I read that yesterday........

We are both people of ample proportions and have found our two Sunnflair chairs bought 3 years ago  ( about £20 each I think) to be comfy and durable. Friends we camped with in June were unhappy with chairs bought from Tesco and Asda as they did not stand up to a week's worth of use and went in the bin rather than be taken back home!

Thanks everyone.  Foggers I shall have a look at Sunnflair ones and see what they have.  We are not the most active sorts so the chairs will certainly get the wear out of them!

Must agree there Foggers. We bought a chair for my hubby at York motorhome show last year. Thought we had a bargain - but it started to tear after only a very short time. In our shop we also sell a cheap fold up canvas chair which comes in a carry case for £4.99. Ok for the beach and picnics etc -  but I would not like to reccomend them for a lot of regular and heavy use. Never had one back yet but I would not put my bum in one for fear they would collapse under the strain lol! You get what you pay for I think.
