dont forget that you may want to be able to have the roobox on a hinge type system otherwise you will have to keep taking the box off to get in the trailer
I have my lid hinged at one side and on the kerb side I have two hasps with padlocks, the roofbox usually has light bulky items such as sleeping bags, pillows, and footware around the edges. The trailer lid can be lifted up no problem and has a support arm to hold it up and to prevent it going to far. I have some photo`s I will look for and post them on here
