If you can find a pressure cooker anywhere then grab it with both hands. I have been after one for ages as someone reminded me of how you can cook up a stew at home and then pack it in the car so as when you get there and set up the pitch you'll have a ready made meal, also they use hardly any gas and they usually have the seperators inside to cook more than one thing at a time.
One thing I would recommend is a decent frying pan. I use cheap pans, apart from the frying pan. I found the cheap pan I started with buckled - so I invested in a Tefal Thermal Spot. Use the same type at home - can even fry an egg without oil. Easy to clean etc.
Yes Bernie but the eggs without oil dont do crispy crunchy...gotta have loads of oil on ours ;-)
