I bought a shopping trolley and a so called friend saw it in my boot and nearly choked to death laughing at me. I am sick of carrying every thing though.
------------- "the simple girl buys what shes told to buy"
The thing is the celebs have someone to carry there bags - lets face it - comfort or fashionable ??
I am opting for comfort - all that christmas shopping to do in the next few weeks - they can mock - but my back and stress levels will be nice and cool...
The other thing that i loved - lifted it into the footwell behind my driving seat all in one easy movement - got home lifted it out all in one easy movement - brill - no bags to gather up out of the boot - no spilled shopping to chase around in there - i am converted.
but really, of course, i want one of those cool beach rollies.
The beach rolly is made by Eckla, and looks very similar to a folding kayak trolley of theirs that I have (the kayak trolley has more joints and folds up smaller, for stowing in a boat). Just a comment - these are much wider than a standard shopping trolley. This makes them very stable to wheel about, but you do need to be a bit careful getting them through doorways and gates. I wouldn't recommend them on a bus, unless folded.
This is such a clever idea - especially if you're on a site near a beach. Though I couldn't afford it at the mo. 120 dollars each and I can't find a UK supplier. Curious - did anyone get one?
We use a fold down fishing trolley from Decathlon to cart our stuff to the beach, the big wheels make it good on sand and can be removed for transport.
It's also good for taking the porta potti to the chemical disposal point!
