I've found the frying pan (the deep stainless steel one rather than the shallow non stick one) more useful than the griddle. We haven't used the griddle yet!
How do u do jacket spuds..... Someone said on the roast rack... Do you wrap in foil? How lOng do you cook for on a cobblestone??
I don't think I'd get 4 jacket potatoes in the moat :s

we don't wrap ours in foil, last time we camped we managed to cook about 8 potatoes for the Jacobs table at Major Bridge meet. I just cook until the potato feels soft when knife is inserted. Skin has that lovely baked feel and taste that you get in the oven
