Yes I have managed to find a record of your order with us.
Our customers are all asked to contact us within 30 days to inform us of faulty goods, in your case it has been nearly eight months! I am sorry but I am afraid we cannot do anything for you in this instance because of the amount of time that has passed before you notified us as there is no way for us to know what has happened to this tent in the last eight months. Therefore I'm afraid we will not be able to help in this instance.

they're right on time, but but dead wrong on the quality of the tent that they have sold to me.
I do understand Palaz situation but as a retailer I do understand campingworlds point of view as well. A lot can happen in 8 months... No doubt Palaz has learnt a good lesson and will always check what he buys straight away.
