I'm not sure who that comment is aimed at, but I don't 'sneak' stuff into the car....we had them sofas last year, don't you remember?... We just used them other seats instead because *we were only camping for a couple of days/they needed testing/we thought they'd use less/more space* (*delete as appropriate), so I thought we'd have a change this year.
Ahem

Couldn't resist and have just ordered 2 singles to go with the double I got the other day... Now the kids can sit down as well.
exactly as i did ordered the sofa as our burst after 3 years and a dog sleeping on it then said well folk say all we need is a 3 pc suit and it be home from home so now 2 singles waiting in local shop for us to pick up
I used the chair at the weekend. It is different to the sofa-bed in 2 ways (apart from the size).
Not quite as versatile, as the chair arms inflate with the top section of the seat, so not as useful as a bed. With the sofa you can leave the back rest and arms deflated to use as a flat bed.
The chair has a flocked surface so a throw stays in place better.
I've used these now as a bed and a sofa for a trip away, and they are excellent. Needs a little inflating every day, but as a sofa or a double bed these are excellent and very comfortable, and seem to be much better quality/thicker plastic than the double beds we've been buying that don't last a night!
Most camping gear went 75% off in store last week so guessing the sofa sold out quick, my local had none left but as I was in another town I popped in their Wilkos to bag the last £7.50 sofa and a 12v pump for £2.50
