No one's ever going to win the argument about poled or air as far as speed's concerned are they . You're on holiday, so speed isn't really so important. Is it?
I'm 70 and have arthritis in most joints so for me it was about how easy it was. There's no doubt in my mind, comparing my folding camper poled awning (divorce in a bag) to an air awning with electric pump, awning pulley and screw in pegs it's a no brainer. Once it's in the rail, easy with the pulley, connect the pump and you then sit in a chair with a cup of tea, or beer, and watch it go up. Pegging out is the same for both and screw in pegs can make it easier for both types. As it happens for me it was quicker, but I'm not in a race TBH.
As it's a Kampa I can now sit and wait to see how much it leaks or if one of the air bladders explodes. But that's another story

Strange as both of us have severe arthritis in our arms, wrist and hands and we could not manage the weight of the Air Ace awning as too heavy plus all the pumping by hand. We also had numerous quality issues with it.
We did buy the electric pump to help, but the weight of the air awning was a killer
The Kampa is easy when using their awning pulley so the weight of the 390 grande isn't an issue for us. Arthritis is a bitch isn't it.

We have just started vanning, and it came with a poled awning which I did put up, but as it's me on my own doing most of it poles are not an option any more, as I hate them
So coming from a 6 berth airbeam tent with an electric pump, we opted to get another airbeam for our van.
We choose this one Outdoor revolution E-Sport 325. Got it from Ebay at a good price, and its brilliant, yes a bit heavy pulling it through the guide, but not impossible. I can lift it on my own and with an electric pump which it came with it was up in minutes. Very pleased with it, our van is a 2 berth, and it goes from the end of van and a quarter across the side window, plenty of room for table and chairs, with loads more.
we are keeping the poled awning for when we sell the van in the future, second hand value well get more for the airbeam sold separately.

We are considering the Air Break wind break as hammering in poles for the windbreak is getting rather painful. We need the windbreak for the dogs. https://www.kampa.co.uk/accessory/air-break-pro-5
Likewise for us it's more about ease than speed. We are on holiday from when we get in the car, as far as we are concerned anyway.
I can't lift anything much above shoulder height due to spondylosis, so the less weight I have to get up high the better. Even with two of us lifting the air awning up was too much really. The top section of our poled awning is much lighter, and the rest just zips in, so I can do most of it on my own.
There are advantages and snags with both types, so It really is just a case of what suits the individual or family.
