I am trying to source the Quest wire cooking stands - anyone got any ideas. Go have it for £9 but are out of stock, others have it for £20 + - big difference in price. Anyone know of any on sale that aren't quite as much?

We have anumber of issues with Go Outdoors, Stockton. Usually have no stock. Yesterday I ordered on line, reservation number and all the palaver. Gone to pick it up today and they can't find it. Can I give my name, well yes and my reservation number. 20 mins later still looking. This is after three texts and email telling me my item is in stock. In the end after speaking with the manager who didn't give his name, we bought of the shelf. i booked on line to save timeit didn't work. I'll stick to independants in future or Amazon.Bad customer service, bad sales service and a usless store.

Usually have no stock? What, the store is empty?

Your first post here and it's to complain about a general outdoors store. Was it camping related, fishing related, riding, climbing?

I'd have waited 5 minutes tops then gone to the shelf.

Email HO and complain to them. If the store is poorly managed they should know.

It's a pleasure to have new users on here, but this is an old post that's been dug up with a vague complaint.
