Cobo, ask Taunton if they will organise the return for you - I have just asked the place I bought my 2012 WL5 carpet from to do that, and it cost me £10.  It was going to cost me about £18 I think to organise it myself.

They are a camping supply business that advertises a service re tent carpets.

They say them can make made to measure carpets for tents.You can phone

1452 742237 or email them the tent dimensions you need. They promote this as a soloution for people trying to find tent carpets for discontinued tents! How great is that.

I have contacted Outwell myself today and given them some valuable feedback on their decision to change the quality of their carpets....
