HI Just wondered if anyone had been asked to leave feedback on feefo? I ordered sunglasses and free chair but got an email to say glasses out of stock. This is after I had a confirmation email!!! So I put a negative feedback saying website was misleading as the free gift was an error!! to which they replied Thank you for your feedback, however I feel that your comments are very unfair. You placed an order for a pair of sunglasses and then attempted to gain two bed chairs worth £179.99 as free gifts. Our website clearly stated that the Chill Out Bed Chair was available free ONLY when ordering the Lite Speed Bivvy. As you did not order the two bivvies that would have entitled you to these free gifts, they were not despatched to you. !! I never saw the Our website clearly stated that the Chill Out Bed Chair was available free ONLY when ordering the Lite Speed Bivvy. Comments please!!!!
