Do sites allow ground sheets inside awnings? 2 of my kids suffer badly from hayfever so I would like to use something to cover the grass, but have been told some sites won't let you cover it up at all.

Most sites are ok with groundsheets, but breathable groundsheets are perfectly fine. They are healthy to grass and any campsite owner is ok with them.
