Has anyone got this pump and can recommend it? It is the 240v version. We are on our second pump .. first one was an Aldi one that blew up 3rd time out, the second was a Tesco one .. which was pretty useless althought it came recommended on here ... hubby gave up after 15 minutes on one airbed. This one seems expensive but if it does the trick and is reliable it will work out cheaper in the long run.. ( just on diesel to take the others back!)
On the tesco pump there are 2 holes either side of nozzle cover them and it will work fine.
Thats if its same as our tesco one

That's the same as the Outwell one that I have. I also figured out that you have to stand there holding the thing or it doesn't work. I was going to tape over the holes, but I decided they were there for a reason...
We have an Outwell Thunder pump and can thoroughly recommend it. This is the 4th pump we've bought, but I don't think we'll be needing anything else from now on.
I can second Avril's comment to we have just bought the outwell thunder pump after having gone through many others and can thouroughly recommend it built to last.
Thanks for all your feeback. Still swithering, but we picked up yet another Aldi one to see us though the season. I will poibably get a thunder pump eventually .. just this years costs have mounted up.
