Hi, going to the BGG in August with my 2 girls and as I never travel light and cars have to park separate from the camping area I want a trolley to transport the tent, coolbox etc on. I looked at shopping trolleys but the wheels are tiny and will no doubt get stuck in the field esp if wet. Any recommendations?
Thanks,Carol

My grown up children bought a second hand, all terrain, pushchair. Useful for transporting stuff and ideal for moving their children round festival sites. I thought of borrowing it last year for us.. but it is a bit bulky. Halfway up a hill to a festival site i wished i had!!
however i decided to invest in a carp barrow from argos (see my home page) after seeing it recommended on a glasto forum. it packs quite neatly and it should take all the heavy gear in just a couple of trips.

I used to use and old golf trundler in my camping days. It's amazing what you could load onto that thing, nice big wheels and very easy to pull. ------------- Alan in New Zealand

What about a folding wheelbarrow?
i thought about those (nice price!) but i am useless at wheeling a wheelbarrow
my excuse for getting the carp barrow was that i could use it at home instead of one
