You mentioned on a previous thread about pillows, the pac a pillow. You said they were really good. I've googled them and I can't find them anywhere. What is it and where can we get them? I cannot sleep without a pillow and the household ones take up so much space!!

Ummm...don`t think it was me for the pac-a-pillow. I don`t know that brand. We use Vango camping pillows and find them really good. There are several very similar ones on the market by Coleman and Gelert too I think. Just Google up "camping pillow"...but don`t bother with the inflatable ones. Like sleeping on a block of wood!
My kids like the Vango ones just as they are because one side is fleecy, but I prefer to put mine into a pillowcase and fold the excess over.
Hi we take normal bed pillows and pack them in one off them vacuum pack bags you suck the air out with an electric air pump and they are a quarter off their normal size , and spring back to normal when opened this works for us.

Ditto, cos most people take a tiny car vac/ pump anyway for beds, and most reverse so you can quickly shrink on site again! We got some from Lakeland Plastic on offer and we get 5 pillows in one bag and when shrunk even with car vac its small. And I mean small! Its amazing what pillows will shrink too.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
