Beware when buying one of these.  Replacement parts are difficult to come by.  We bought one last year and the valve handle snapped right off when my partner got it tangled in the hem of his trousers.

I've been trying to buy a spare ever since then.  The brand is Campingaz but they are actually made by Coleman.  There is a 2 year parts warantee but I had lost my receipt and I'm not sure it would have covered what happened anyway.  Campingaz/Coleman referred me to a company called Leisure Spares who retail all their spare parts.  Last year Leisure Spares Ltd didn't stock parts for the Euro WC as it was new to the market but I tried again this year hoping that time would have made the difference.  They emailed me on May 8th that they could get the part and delivery would take 2 weeks.  I sent off the cheque and order that very day.  I'm still waiting!

I have had problems with mine too but it is because of leaking. I got a replacement but that did the same. If any fluid is allowed to remain on the flap which seperates the 2 compartments then it leaks out of the front pull out handle. I have found it faitly difficult to avoid this happening because ages after flushing some water can still be in the bowl & this ends up on the flap.

DId you have this problem too before yours broke.

Also did your handle unscrew? the instructions say it does but I can't get it to.
