any one any info on gas powered generators, i need some sort of power on site in Greece with no electric hook up any suggestions, the best way to run a fridge, cooler, hot water, hairdryer(i know how sad am i)but im going to camped there for at least three months. You wonderful peaple have helped me by a tent and given me so much good advice i thought id ask again, dont know who else to ask really, cheers Angie..
Why waste the energy converting from one form to another? Get a gas powered fridge, and boil a kettle on a gas cooker. That just leaves the hairdryer problem ...
either ...... don't pack a mirror
or .... use solar power! i.e. grab a nice drink, a comfy chair and sit out an enjoy the Greek sunshine while your hair dries (and it's free!)
Hi, most generators can be fitted with a adaptor that will allow them to run on gas, We use honda's with gas adaptors for site work where we cant get a diesel one in, Obviously only four strokes though.
