Hi,
phone them and tell them what size bottle it is, explain that you don't have a gas locker, and you should be ok.
Usually they won't take large bottles that are too big for gas lockers in caravans, so are left unsafely outside, and can be knocked over.
I have seen 19kg propane bottles outside caravans, and even a 47kg bottle ouside one caravan. It looks a mess as well.
