I need a groundsheet for the living area of my TT.  I need one sized 440cmx360cm.  Having looked on a few websites it seems most come in 8ft widths.  Can I buy 252x720cm then cut and join it?  If so how do I go about it?  I'd be thankful for any advice.

Depends on what the groundsheet material is? Good quality duct tape will do it if it`s a plastic type sheet. Maybe a glued overlap and then tape both sides of the joint?

Thank you for the help.  I was going to try a breathable ground sheet - huge financial investment!  Which groundsheet seems just as difficult a decision as which tent to buy!

Breathable type can get a bit squelchy in the living area when the weathers bad (like now) the water and mud rise through the holes which kind of defeats the object really.
