tried both Crocs and fakes - fakes won not just on price but I personally thought they were softer and more pliable than genuine ones T.G Hughes a fiver, just the job for wet grass, going back for another pair for garden!! thought they were ugly at first but am won over
I picked myself another pair up in pink yesterday, a bit bright and flash for me as I don't normally do colours, but what the heck. Also have them in navy, my favourites and in red.
When into town in proper shoes.... for the first time in a long time, always in crocs, and my feet were killing me, so got pink ones to wear so I could carry on shopping... It was pure heaven slipping feet into something comfy.
Get the real ones. look at reviews on the net - they are tops. Was VERY sceptical, laughed at those funny continental types, til I got a pair myself. They are now the only things I wear away from work.
I got myself a pair of Reef Fannings with the bottle opener in the sole (very handy!)
Now that is what I call pure genius
I shall be procuring said items to replace my crocs. They are the manly off-road variety of course, but just cannot compete with a shoe that can open my beer
BUT... what happens if you tread in something nasty, forget, then open your beer.. It's the hygeine thing that gets me. BUT AGAIN.. hygeine versus breaking my teeth on the bottle top.... YAY flip-flops.
