HI ALL.

HAVE JUST BOUGHT A CAMPINGAZ LUMOGAZ 270 FROM GOOD OLD TESCO FOR £11.22.

TRIED OTHER PLACES, PRETTY MUCH SOLD OUT.

THEY HAVE A FEW CAMPING BITS IN THE SALE.

OH YEAH, ALSO WENT INTO THE POUND SHOP AND BOUGHT A HURRICANE LANTERN, YOU KNOW THE OLD TYPE SEEN IN THE WESTERNS. THOUGHT IT MIGHT COME IN HANDY.

I saw a Lumo Gaz lantern in Tesco too (had gone in there to buy some apple juice to make cider from - ha!) but my missus thinks they are dangerous and won't have 'em in the tent. Shame, the hissing and smell of Caming Gaz is one of those evocative things that you remember from your youth!

  Sorry I get too excited sometimes!!

   Just popped into Aldi to get some crocs that someone mentioned for £1.99 only kids sizes and picked up  a european kit bag for £9.99, it includes a  warning triangle, bright yellow jacket, gloves and a tow rope, let's hope I won't need the latter.
