Hello,
I would go to motor spares or possibly B+Q type store and ask or look for threaded screw or bolt, depending on size and if its steel you wont notice it once its in place. Garage or main dealership might even have a crome one!
Let us know how you get on as I was thinking of getting roof box for my car and never thought about the arial being in the way.

Hi,
all the cars I've owned the aerial either folded flat to the roof when I put the roof box on, or on the latest on the wand unscrewed. (also for taking it through the car wash).
A grommet and silicone grease otherwise I guess.

Have a vinyl roof fitted, about time they made a come back. Or, get a aerial that folds flat to the roof, that's what we have.------------- Previously Carl@

just had a quick google, and if the aerial is near the back as in the pics i saw, the top part should unscrew, leaving the moulded base attached to the car, it may be stiff if its never been removed, but should def come off.
