ps. the ebay merchant isn't ripping anyone off - you have a choice, buy with convenience at a premium from Ebay or pay the petrol and time cost and go to Decathlon. Next time I am at Decathlon I might by a bundle of tarps and sell them on - why not???
The thing is though when you compare prices of buying in store, which you can to what E bay merchant is selling them for, then it does seem to the 'want to be buyer' a rip off.Not everyone will sell with out some kind of insurance.When you get your tarps are you willing to post before? or after payment.In this case its all about trust.
