Hi

I wonder if anyone can recommend a good table for 3-4 people for camping?  The one I included in my order ( alu fold down type) is out of stock and I need one quite quickly.  Bit cautious of Argos stuff as the £6 clothes rail I bought for my car boot sale snapped and collapsed with little weight on it!

Regards

We got one from Focus for ~£8 a few weeks ago. Folds flat although might be a bit small for 4 people.

I got one of similar size to the Woolies one from Tescos. We managed to get 4 people round it without too much of a problem. Only issue is I haven't seen them in store for a few weeks.

We have one of these, bit pricey, but we got ours for £40 in Go Outdors Flood Clearance Sale.

They are excellent, much much stronger than the plastic ones that argos sell for around £20. Our plastic one snapped in no time but this one is great, and the table area is much bigger too. I'm a big bloke (6'3" 20st) and it's strong enough for me to sit comfortably.

I too have one of those simple fold-flat tables, mine came second-hand, so must be quite a few years old, with a fake pine- effect top. I agree they are great, take up minimal space when flat in the car, and don't weigh much but are super sturdy and weather proof. So glad I stuck with mine and did not go for one of those roll-up alu-tables, they weigh a tonne!

Hi many thanks for your replies - I ended up settling on a Royal aliminium bench set (with separate benches) from the World of Camping website.  Regards troythecat
