Just bought one of these, does anyone have one and what do you think of it.
I quite like it with the 4 fold up stools but the table was a bit longer than I had expected. I guess I should have measured properly in the first place! The table seems a bit flimsy. I want to be able to cook on it and then have the kids eat a meal from it, do you think it is up to the job.
Thanks

I think it's up to the job. It likes the legs to be stood on fairly solid ground, but we've never had it come apart of collapse or anything.
Cheers

Thanks Steve,
I just used ours over the weekend. It worked really well and I found the stools great too. They are the perfect size for if you are doing a quick cuppa on the stove on the ground. I couldn't resist the temptation in Millets of the little fold away backpackers table - perfect for my stove.

I got mine in the sales as well (£20). Do you know if it is ok to leave outside the tent day and night or would it rust?

Isn't it made of Aluminium? There isn't an easy way to pin it down though, so...
Cheers

Thanks in advance.

We bought a set like this when we started camping 8 years ago and it's never failed us. The stools fold up and fit inside the table when it's closed up so it's easy to carry and store when not being used. We liked it so much we wanted to buy another one a coupel of years ago to use from home when going out for days, picnics etc. as ours lives packed inaccessibly away in the depths of the trailer tent - but we couldn't get one where the stools fit inside. Ended up buying a set from Towsure I think where the table was a little bigger than ours but the stools had to be carried separately so now keep that one in tt and the smaller one with stools inside lives in the larder at home. Worth the money at full price if it's as good as our one I'd say. Stools even take my weight - and that's a lot!
