I need wellies, if possible before I go camping next monday. I've tried Outdoor world in Warrington and they don't have the right size.

Can anyone suggest anywhere else in the Warrington or Eccles area where I might get some please?

Alternatively, if there is somewhere in Kendal or that area, I could pick some up on the way/while we're camping.

if you want plain old wellies why not just go to a normal shoe shop??? im sure if you look they will have some..i got my plain old green ones from shoe zone,they do the job i need them for like wading in mud at bike rallies,and for walking the dog in the fields well worth the 7.99 i paid or if you look on ebay there will be loads with the weather we have been having

Marie - yup, plain green(or whatever) wellies. I tried a few shoe shops today, and while they might (not all do) have kids wellies, none of them had adult ones. Admittedly, there isn't a shoe zone in Warrington, so I'll figure out where my closest one is and try them.

Karen - Is the K shoe village in Kendal easy to find? I assume they'll have a web page, I'll try looking that up.

Good idea. Hadn't thought of gardening centres. (Doh!)

Yeomans in warrington is pretty small and I don't remember seeing wellies there.
