How about asking local larger fund raising groups or perhaps there is a pub that may use something like a pig roaster occasionally? Try the Rotary club, local Hunt, primary schools with their fundraising associations? Or farmers locally, especially pig farmers?
Good luck

Ive seen something like this on TV where you can hire all the bit's and Hog from a catering firm cost about £400.00.
I just had a quick search.
