Question, does anyone know where you can get those sat dishs that fit on a caravan roof?
I have a stylus tv aerial thats well, not that good. Its a pole type that I can raise from within a closet. So, I was wonder if they do a type that folds down on roof, and uses the same entry into the cararvan as the stylus - which I will remow. So, I get on site, raise the pole from the closet, dish pops up along with arm. I then use my sat finder to locate the sat.
Try the Maxview through the roof, they work really well, and not too expensive, I have the maxview 66m manual crank up (a bit more money but worth it), there is no pole through the roof, it sits flush on the outside, has a handle inside the roof there and a compass heading chart. It's easy to use 10mins and your watching. We take our home decoder and card, no problems. We use an inverter to keep the decoder live so it won't lose the card (i think that's what they say)
