We don't , we chop the meat or chicken up raw .Cut it into strips, and put them into a bag of flour and seasoning , shake them , take them out one at a time and cook them, delicious . As for the spuds slice them and roast them, my mouth is watering already .Roll on sunshine let's get away

Roast meat (lamb, beef, chicken, gammon) dinners, curries, spaghetti bolgnese, fry ups, jackets, veg, rice, burgers, bbq yum yum we have done loads on our cadac had it a couple of years now , its the best bit of kit i have ever purchased and we have run it in to the ground its looking a bit worse for wear now but it still good and its not dead yet just keeps going. most of the time we cook on the cadac, and do a few things to go with it on the hob in the van.
