I can't find any down square end ones. They all seem to be those horrible mummy type bags.

I've always hated mummy bags, can't stand having my feet tied up.
I needed a new bag and realise that a mummy bag is the warmest, so I bought an Alpkit Skyehigh down bag.
The difference between that and most other mummy bags is that there is room at the end, thanks to the sculpted footbox.
I bought the long version because I wanted the extra width across the shoulders (I'm 16st). I could have quite easily coped with the short version.

Oh well, the old fashioned way.
Cotswold Outdoor do a 3 season down bag, not a mummy but not quite square. Made by Macpac the escapade 700.
Well used this weekend under canvas without EHU.

The new SnugPak softie elites have a special extra streachable panel arrangement which expands the bag for movement and airflow when warm. It zips away as an zip baffle to tighten up the bag and retain heat when cold. They also have a box structure foot area to prevent restriction at the foot end. In fact the foot area is strengthened to allow the squaddies to sleep with their boots on! Only downside is a little extra weight but at just over 1k for the elite 3 I think it is bearable. Compresses down to a palm sized ball too.
All the freedom of a square bag with the extra warmth of a mummy when needed.
edit...Sorry, just noticed you want down.
