last year, i recall seeing a thread about the asda folding chairs, i believe they were called the bigboy? i have seen some in asda this year but they do not say anything about being stronger, one is a recliner at approx £10 and the other is the normal chair at around £5 each i think. we ended up throwing our chairs away last year as they were so weak and uncomfortable, does anyone know if the chairs i have seen are the stronger ones for larger people or can anyone recommend good comfy chairs for camping - something that we can chill in as well as sit up to eat in.
We have a couple of the Big Boy chairs from ASDA and i'm almost sure they are stronger than any others we've seen, Our's are the chairs that go in the bags and they are comfortable and durable and we're not exactly fighting at featherweight (if you get my drift)
They definitely say "Big Boy" on the label and on the chair itself, i think they are around £10-£15 normally, but we got ours half price at the end of season. The ones at £5 are prob just the standard sized chairs.
I`ve got a bigboy, just re-read that, I`ll start again:- I purchased a "Bigboy" chair from Asda last year, spot on for chilling out but not so comfy, I found, to sit at table to eat. so I bought a more upright Lafuma foldaway chair for mealtimes etc. More luggage though!
