Hi

We recently bought a Khyam cargo system,. the one that fits on the back of the car.  However, when the Khyam is on the towhook, it seems very unstable and leans dramatically when cornering.  All we got with the purchase waas the rack and bag, is there a component missing, or is there a technique to make it more safe?  The instructions were mssing (we did buy new) but Khyam won't respond to our questions to them, and the store has no more in stock.

With many thanks

Peachy

I have one myself and its fine.
Sounds like you have not got the mounting plate that bolts behind the towball hitch

When hitching it on, just make sure the plate at the front on the rack sits inside the large slot on the mounting bracket, there is some play and it will move around a bit if you push and pull at it, but once you have anything on it (I use the Kyham cargo bag especially deigned for it) its very stable and wont move when you are on the move.

Hope this helps.

I wil try and get a photo of my mounting plate over the weekend if you like.
