 Hi can anyone tell me if you can get propane gas refills of 3.5kg in France and will the UK threaded hose adapter fit french bottles.

No and no.  Campingaz are the only cylinders in both France and the UK.

As Mike says - you'll need to change your regulator if you'll want to buy gas in France.

If you're going for Campingaz don't buy a cylinder here - they're much cheaper in France.

Hi Greg.  I use the Calor 4.5kg bottle which will last us for 8 to 10 weeks camping. If you leave with a full bottle it should easily last out your holiday.
