Customer Service were brilliant when we got our new van, we needed a wheel clamp that would fit the alloys and they made sure we received it in time to go away, I then questioned a bolt that did not look right as seen in the instructions and they sent another next day, oh and the clamps RRP was £100, I paid £48 for a nemesis inclusive

I said on a previous post about the Cadac roasting pans, there customer service is second to none and I would use them again anytime.

I hadn't heard of them before, but got an email from the Camping & Caravanning Club a few days ago advising a discount for members. Will give them a try when I next need something.

Perhaps UKCS could negotiate similar discount arrangements
