hi,

just bought a new eurohike dome 4 tent.

basically, want to know if anyone has any opiniions or experiences or ideas of it? want to know if i can trust it before i take it off to Iceland!!

A friend of mine has a eurohike buckingham (i think) and as far as i'm aware she's never had any probs with it. 

WOW, you're off to Iceland, camping! - tell us more?  what's the weather gonna be like over there (ice & snow) i presume or not?

its gunna be summer and its not as bad as u think

definitely thick fleeces and huge sleeping bags but it shouldnt be thaaaaatt bad! lol.

mite snow - hope not.

however it will rain, and rain, and rain, and rain, and u get it, hence y i wanna make sue the tent is ok!! xD

see what you mean about finding as much info about your tent as you can .

Can I ask which eurohike model you have brought?

I'll phone my friend later when she gets back from work and ask if she knows of any problems with her tent - i'll let you know what she says. 

Your trip to Iceland sounds fab - so hope you have a great time  

hi ann, sorry it took me a while to reply.

it is a dome 4. quite cheap but i only need it for one week and after im not bothered i just need it to not leak it a ton of rain and wind for that time!!

Spoke to my friend Jo last night - she was full of praises for her eurohike tent and so far no leaks (never used any seam sealant on it either).  She brought it from Milletts about 18 months ago and was really pleased with the excellent customer service she received from them.

Good luck with your trip, you'll have a fantastic time.

thanks everyone, it should be fine but to be on the safe side im gunna use a seam sealant else i could end up rather stuck!!

We have just used our Eurohike Kensington (bought last year)for the first time and were really pleased with it. Good luck with your trip, sounds dead exciting!
