This is my first post to UKCampsite so hello everyone!

I have a load of old taymar gas canisters which are a mix of butane and propane and are slim with a push on attachment (looks like an aerosol can) and was wondering if any of you experts know whether I can use them in a new gas barbecue or uno portable stove? If so, could someone name me a brand and product.

 Hi there, I very much doubt it as most barbeques rely on a regulator type fitting dependant on the supplier of gas eg Calor etc!!

I was hoping that some of the small table-top barbecues may run on canister rather than gas and regulator - like the ancient taymar barbecues used to.

Taymar produced a table top barb which runs off your butane gas canisters ...I have one and it is very handy...
