I have just gone to place an order with towsure filled in my details and clicked on Place Order the next screen to come up said there are no items in your basket. How will I know if my order has gone through?

I would guess your order hasn't gone through as it sounds suspiciously like a problem that hasn't appeared for a while, where a few costomers found that their browser or firewall settings were clearing the basket.

Please see http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/redirect.asp?redir=http://www.towsure.com/bespoke/login_problems.html for information on how to set most common browsers/firewalls to allow the towsure cookie (it's a little out of date since it seems to be an "old problem" but the procedure should be the same for Internet Explorer 7)

Otherwise it may just have been a glitch, so please call our customer service dept 0114 250 3045 or email dglossop at towsure.com to make 100% sure we haven't already received your order.

Rang customer services first thing this morning. My order hadn't gone through but its all sorted now. Third thing to go wrong this week so hopefully the rest of the week will be better
