I did rather like the look of these, but after an evening BBQ we often stick a couple of the artificial logs on to sit around a small campfire; unfortuately the diameter of the bucket doesn't seem large enough to fit these logs in.....or does anyone know better?
We bought one of these from go outdoors at around £8.99 so slightly cheaper but can't see it on their website. It even comes in a little nylon zip bag to keep everything in. Brilliant for camping or picnic etc Has short legs (like me too) but no grass burning issues.
------------- If you have a problem stressing you, sort it. If you can't, there's no point worrying about it coz it won't make a blind bit of difference!!!! Jules
I got mine from debenhams a few years ago , it was originally £18 and I got it half price in the sale. I have never found that it scorched the grass. it looks identical to the one in woolies. When I used it for the first time again this year, I forgot that it had legs that fold up underneath and used it on the grass with out the legs down, still no scorching. The handle stays cool too.
mine has a grill that goes in the bottom, then the bowl sits on top of that so its raised up off the bottom of the bucket
i have also used the firelogs in it, just put it in on a slant.

I have one of these. I bought it from Camping and General on Canvey Island, for less then £8, and it is very good. Excellent to use, gives off lots of heat and is ideal if you dont need a big BBQ. As I am a single camper it is perfect for me.
