Just tried these out on a small two man tent. Seem to hold it much better than the ones supplied. Would these pegs be just as good on a large tent?

We had some plastic pegs with the trailer tent we bought on ebay.

As there weren't enough pegs we had to buy a pack of rock pegs from the reception onsite.

We now won't use anything else.

Many people go for delta pegs though.

I bought gelert power pegs when i bought my current tent

. they were £1,50 for 10 and they are very good. Much better thenthr stupid wee things supplied.

I agree. last year in gale force winds we used power pegs and it was as safe as houses! highly recommend them..

we bought 60 off ebay ,there plenty good enough where we go as its not hard soil and touch wood not ones broken in two years.
beware of these red thin ones though a stone and there off at an angle and pull out easily.
