Going to Croyde soon and thinking of getting a USB Digital TV receiver for Laptop. Websites a bit mixed on whether there will be any reception in Croyde (some say "no" others say it has a repeater for a transmitter of digital TV).

Anyone successfully used one there ?

I'm not in Croyde, but I am nearby. (Ilfracombe)

Here, there is no English digital signal (For freeview). My mum gets hers from Wales, so that is a possibility, the weather does seem to have a part to play in it though.

This is a real sore point with me and many others, our analogue signal is being switched off next year, yet there is no digital signal yet, and won't be until the switchover, meaning there will be no overlapping period, just straight from one to the other.
