Hi

Does anyone know of a good online store where I can order a cheap lightweight waterproof jacket?

I need it quick - by the end of this week as we are away next weekend.

I do have a waterproof jacket but as we are intending to visit the Farne Islands I don't want my good jacket dive-bombed by the birds 

Any suggestions VERY gratefully received.

You'd probably look silly in it though.

Well, I've gone ahead and ordered 2 pac a macs off Amazon.

They should be dispatched tomorrow and their standard delivery takes 3-5 days so I'm hoping they arrive before the end of the week.  There was a 1st class delivery option but being a tight wad I wasn't going to pay over £10 when the jackets are only £6 each.

Pixie Rocket - I agree - a hat is also an essential  but I'll probably pick a cheap one up once I'm there.

Just gotta keep my fingers crossed that the sun shines now

I'm afraid our nearest Tesco is about a 30 min drive and no time to visit before we go.
