Hi, I am new to camping, my husband and l have just brought a tent and we need to buy a trailer for our car as well as Harvey the dog as now taken up the boot!  Has anybody had any problems with pitches with putting up large tents. Also where do you leave your car and trailer, just wondering if trailer would be safe.

we have a lock on our trailer .... well its a box thing that hubby made but it does the job,and we never leave anything in the trailer  and when you book a campsite tell them you have a big tent ..... we went to ocean edge last week and didnt tell them we had a big tent and when we put it up the warden said we shouyld have paid for a double pitch so just check before you go
