But in then 8 years, I think we're onto out 3rd or 4th slow cooker, at home though.

Got one in the van now, and wouldn't be without them in either place now. ....

BTW, anyone done a cake in theirs yet, and not just meals?

Campfire Stew

Joint of gammon
Tin of tomatoes
Tin of beans
Chopped up carrots & celery
Teaspoon of paprika

I usually do this when im working so i put it on low 7:30 in morning and when i get in about 5 i shred the gammon and put it back for 30mins.

I have done cakes in mine but just the mixture packets and a can of 7up for vanilla cake and coke or Dr pepper for chocolate cakes
