Netto have clothes rails for £5.99 plus 6 section hanging shelves for £1.99 here on page 6. Personally, I've found this is an ideal way to organise clothes in a tent. Both items take up very little space in the car. The rail takes far less time to erect than a camping wardrobe, and the shelves are great for keeping clothes separate - so OH doesn't mess everything up in a holdall whilst looking for his socks
I thought I'd solve that last trip by packing his socks and undies in a seperate bag just for him. Did it work? ....... NO, he still scrowed through the hold all looking for socks!!
I quite like using rails and hanging shelves too, only problem we had this year was that the ground was so uneven my flimsy hanging rail didn't want to stay standing!
To cut down on the luggage, I folded all the childrens clothes into the hanging shelf, squished it down, then put in a big bag. When we got there it was just a case of taking them out and hanging up. It worked quite well, but I have a cunning plan to make it easier to fold them down. More experiments!
They are very good prices, might have to send my mum to netto as I haven't got one!
they have a velcro closure and a a wipe clean lining . They open up big, square and boxy and can fit loads of clothes in - I have even started using these for weekends away for the children's stuff.
