Hi.. We had our canopy delivered early last week but havent had time to look at it...After takeing it out of the box today (box had holes in) the canopy bag and the canopy have loads of holes in, coresponding with the holes on the box... Were gutted being sunday nobody's there to speak to me..
We were/are hoping to take the canopy with us at the end of next week..
Has anyone had dealings with this company and do you think my outlook looks good or bad???
no but I did get a side canopy from e-bay and it looks in great shape but will try it next weekend in Oxford area. Check out the prices on e-bay. Have got 2 small tents and the Vango porch and still have change of £50.
What im trying to say is that its a brand new canopy and its got loads of holes in... was £65 so im not even thinking of looking for a new 1, wanted to know if anyone knew if id have a good outcome with winfields..

Hi... Just to let you know winfields have now sent me out a new canopy.. The packaging and bag have the same problems as the last 1... Full of holes, but atleast this canopy doesnt seem to have any.. will put it up in the garden l8r and have a proper look...

Might be worth pointing this out to Winfiields as it may be the was it's handled by the delivery people. Hope the canopy is fine.
We have got the canopy out and guess what, theres holes in this 1 too.. funny you should mention a mouse problem jaysere03.. the bag and pachaging looks like mice have been at it..
Will have to leave it untill the morning to ring again as the internet sales man finished at 5...
We have dealt with Winfields a number of times and have never really had a problem. We usually order over the phone with Nick and found him to be very helpful so he should sort you out.
Am now waiting the collection of my 2nd canopy and the delivery of my 3rd canopy... 3rd time luck...
Have spoken to Nick a few times over the past few days and yep he seems like a nice guy.. I think the problem lies with the courier and not winfields...hopefully this time i'll be lucky...
