Just come home from camping over the weekend, and our new(ish) Coleman comfort airbed went flat on one side on both nights, I am not to impressed. I cannot find a hole anywhere. We have only used it about 4 times. I have always used Coleman comfort and never had a problem, I'm wondering if maybe the valve is faulty or the seam. Unfortunately I cannot find the receipt and do not know whether Go Outdooors where I purchased it from will exchange it or not without my receipt. Has anybody ever took anything back to Go Outdoors without a receipt?
I have been using a Thermarest Pro Lite 3, in my backpacking tents for the last five years, and it is still in perfect working order, now that I am going for a family tent, I picked up a Campigaz Double QuickBed, for less than a tenner, from Asda, I have to say it is a real piece of nonsense, but hey ho, I will give it a go, I wanted the Airic Wide, but they have sold out, and may not even be running them for 2009, if thats the case, I will be ordering two of the fat Airics, although Thermarest do a similiar model to the Fat Airics for double the money.

I don't know about Go Outdoors but we have several leaks with our coleman comfort and in the end switched to fat airics. They're fab.
Us too. We have had several leaky colemans and have given up. The fat airics are great, pricey but very comfy and worth every penny.
I recently (beginning of August) bought two Outwell airbeds from Go Outdoors in Sheffield ahead of a week long trip to Dorset that took place last week. On the first night I woke up to find that my airbed had gone flat, probably due to a faulty valve. I telephoned the shop in Sheffield and told them of the problem and they told me to bring the mat back to the store on my return to Sheffield. This I did and, after a week's use (albeit in a semi-flat state),without a receipt, they gave me a new one straight away. The chap I spoke to was a guy called Dave and he was head of the 'airbed' department as it were. He was very helpful and so based on my experience I don't think you'll have a problem.
