Yes, we've got one but probably can't be much help to you as we haven't used it yet. In fact we bought it a couple of weeks back and have just this afternoon put it on the van and sort of half set it up jsut to have some idea before we try it in front of a site full of caravanners!
You might try posting this on "Caravans" as well as on "Equipment" as there are lots of awning related topics on that section.
